Excel Database EntryForm

NOTE: If Excel recognizes your set of data as a database you can sort the data

You don't need to do any VBA programming (macros) to create a form that allows you to enter/delete data in an Excel database.

In Excel 2007: Unfortunatly the form is not part of any ribbon in Excel 2007. You can add it to your Quick Access toolbar at the top of the screen.

- Right click on the toolbar
- Select "Customize.."
- Select "All Commands" in the upper text box
- Select "Form" from the lst on the left    and click add
It is now on your Quick Access toolbar

Once you have created a database in Excel, you can click anywhere in the database and go to the menu bar Data/Form (in Excel 2003 or the "Form" icon that you have added to your Quick Access toolbar in Excel 2007) and here comes the form to enter/delete/search/filter data. The fields wont be "Name, "Address" , "City" ...they will be what you have chosen as title in each column of YOUR database.

Instead of using the mouse to move from " Name" to " Address" , to " City" .... use the TAB key.
